Cat Beach recently released her much anticipated debut album ‘Love Me Out Loud’ in May 2009. This particular album has come from a rather special place. Cat suffered from Panic disorder in the 2 years previous to the composition and writing of this album. Many of the songs are from that place of the unknown and fear, loss of love and self but most importantly the gaining of a new stronger more clear minded self.

The journey had many jagged edges that are portrayed so openly in the lyrics but also such triumph that is painted so beautiful in the over tones of every song in the album. The music and lyrics have so much true love and overcoming in them that it offers a true level of HOPE to those who have suffered any type of lose and redirecting in their lives or even panic disorder and acute anxiety.

Listen to the journey through her music. Cat Beach has walked through it and openly communicates the fact that she wants others to feel that their not alone. You might just find that the album looks and feels rather familiar. Cat has a wonderful way of capturing all of our lives in her lyrics.
